I’ll be honest, I didn’t want to get my hopes up with the shipping estimate, so I was pleasantly surprised when it showed up way faster than expected. No complaints here

I ended up ordering the wrong size, which was my mistake, but in my defense the sizing was a bit different from what I’m used to. I reached out about getting a refund and expected it to turn into a whole back-and-forth, but they replied quickly and explained exactly what I needed to do.
The money came back sooner than I thought it would, and there wasn’t any drama or a bunch of annoying emails. I felt a little bad asking for a refund when the order issue was on my end, but they handled it really nicely, so I’m genuinely happy with the experience

Not gonna lie, the tracking was a little frustrating because it didn’t update for a few days, so I wasn’t really sure where my package was. Thankfully, it did show up just fine in the end.

I really liked the clean look of the site, and a lot of the clothes felt unique. i think I just caught it at a bad time because I wasn’t ready to buy much, but the style is super cute and I’d definitely check back

I bought a dress and the fabric is so soft, like not itchy at all. Wore it the whole day and it stayed comfy the entire time. Happy with it tbh.

"Photos were accurate"
I ordered a dress from modernvintageboutique.com it looked pretty much like the photos online. The color was maybe just a tiny bit lighter in person (nothing major though), and the details and fit were shown really accurately. I was glad there weren’t any weird surprises when it showed up (always a relief when ordering clothes online). Taking off one star only because I wish the sizing picture was a little clearer.

The fit is kind of all over the place. Some parts feel okay, but others don’t sit right at all, and now I’m regretting buying it without trying another size first

I accidentally ordered the wrong size from modernvintageboutique.com and needed to swap it. I’ve had exchanges with other shops before that turned into a whole back-and-forth mess, so I was expecting it to be annoying, but this was simple.
They got back to me quickly and explained exactly what I needed to do. The replacement arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and it fits so much better. Overall, really happy with how easy they made the whole thing.

My order arrived when they said it would, and the tracking updated along the way, though I was a little confused by a couple of the status messages. Either way, there weren’t any issues with the delivery and everything showed up fine. I’d order again if I found something I liked

"Return worked out, but it was definitely slow"
The return did get sorted in the end, so no disaster there, but I’m absolutely sure it could’ve been faster. Emails took a while to come through, and the refund wasn’t exactly quick either. Not a terrible experience by any means, just 100% something that could be a lot smoother.

"Better quality than I expected"
I ordered a dress from Modern Vintage Boutique and was kind of relieved when it showed up and felt as nice as it did. I’ve been so tired of dealing with disappointing orders and having to contact customer service over every little thing, so it was nice to just open the package and be happy with it. The fabric feels good, not cheap or flimsy, and the stitching is neat.
I’ve worn it a few times and washed it already, and it’s still holding up well. Overall I’m really happy with the quality and would probably order again, especially since this one didn’t turn into another hassle.

"Sizing worked out well for me"
I ordered a dress and wasn’t totally sure about the size chart, but it actually fit pretty much how I hoped. It was maybe a little snug around the waist, but not so much that I felt like sending it back. Overall, I’m happy with it and would probably just order my usual size again...
